Everything was great, including courteous staff with a manager. The room met what we needed, updated with one king bed. Everywhere there was clean. No reason to complain, we truly enjoyed this accommodation and would be happy to recommend.

Pleasantly decorated room, adorable hotel, abundant breakfast. I slept so comfy in the perfect bed. The staff was extremely polite in all services. The indoor restaurant was charming, courteous service. Venue's pool was amazing, I loved it.

Efficient, amicable people working here. The continental breakfast had plenty of delicacies and was adequate. The venue was set in the central position near to Dollywood, major attractions and main road. Also, Dolly Parton's Stampede was in the immediate vicinity.

Optimal location, fantastic breakfast, outstanding staff. The room was bright and functional, the bathroom was marble-lined. The hotel was secured and the outdoor restaurant was magnificent. Had complimentary drinks in the outdoor bar in the evening.

We would definitely stop here again as the location was gorgeous! It's an impeccably clean and small hotel. Enjoyed easy check-in and late check-out.

Overall such great stay. The room was updated with exceptionally comfortable beds. We loved sitting at the lobby during breakfast.

Staff and rooms were a plus and I loved it. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. There also was handy parking and great pool. The whole experience was incredible, no complaints, would recommend.

Nice location, clean, lovely bed, perfect staff. My lovely room was lovely too. Nice choice of cakes, breads, fresh fruit, cheese and scrambled eggs for an a la carte breakfast.

Very good experience, nothing to complain about. I loved the quiet central location, the well airconditioned room and pleasant staff. The room was reasonably priced. The poolside bar was large and the drinks were bottled.

It is a fine hotel, rooms are non-smoking and I loved the cleaning staff. Very big suite and soft bed. Exceptional service here:)))
